Here's a handy guide for figuring out which size to get. The measurements work as follows and should be measured with the t-shirt lying flat:
Shoulder to shoulder - this is measured from the shoulder from one shoulder seam to the other shoulder seam.
Length - measured from the centre neckline to the centre bottom of the t-shirt.
Width - measure at the bottom seam of the t-shirt.
